Walk in the area of the Second Severn Crossing (now known as the Prince of Wales Bridge). There are numerous photo opportunities in this area of the bridge, especially if there is a good sunset. Long exposures, HDR etc. Looking back towards Avonmouth there is the Seabank Power Station which often billows out clouds of steam. Severn beach can be excellent depending on the state of the tide, which should be low at the time we start. Various views of the bridge from the East or West. One of the classic views is from the New Passage side of the bridge with the sun setting. There is also the possibility of the First Crossing which is 3.26 miles away 5.25 km. Can decide on the day depending on conditions. Walking mainly on concrete paths good walking shoes will be OK. Could change if the weather is bad.
