The Talk-Walk-Talk initiative has been, and continues to be, a fantastic way of bringing members, and prospective members, across the whole country together.   Like most good ideas, the concept is simple.  More importantly, it works seamlessly in execution too.  It is easy for members and non-members alike to join in; it forges local relationships and at the same time brings a sense of unity across the RPS as a whole.  This has to be the way forward for demonstrating value to our members and for recruiting new members.  I believe that SIGs working together on national, and international, projects is far more effective than many of the Regions can ever hope to be on their own.  Well done to the T-W-T team for showing how it should work.
