Gothic outside, Ultra modern on the inside.

Dundee City Centre is an old fashioned sort of place, with grand Victorian buildings and streets, harking back to it's days of power through Jute, Jam and Journalism. Nowadays the focus is on the waterfront, and the V&A building, but going back a few streets is just as rewarding. The walk will centre on the McManus Gallery, which in itself is a stunning building interiorly and exteriorly, and gently explore the grand facades around about. It's very much on the flat, with fully accessible lifts inside the McManus, and although there is limited direct parking right outside there are several city centre car parks within a short walking distance.
