This day will take place in two venues on the Wirral coast; West Kirby and New Brighton. Each location features various structures and other features that make for great long-exposures; railings, sea defences, rocks and a lighthouse. See here for examples. Once we are finished in West Kirby and New Brighton there will be an option, for those who wish, to photograph boats on the sands at Meols (between West Kirby and New Brighton) as the tide recedes around them.
The follow-up image-review meeting will be via zoom.

Rendezvous will be in New Brighton, not West Kirby. New Brighton can be reached easily by Merseyrail train from Liverpool.
If coming by car, park in Fort Perch Rock car park.
Please meet me in the red and yellow hatched area between the car park and the fort (map link).
If you arrive early there are several cafes nearby. At the time of writing parking in both New Brighton and West Kirby is free.
During the day there will be roughly 2km walking, most of it on paved surfaces. Much of the photography, though not all of it, can be undertaken from paved surfaces. In New Brighton, some images will benefit from venturing on to the sandy beach. Other images can require photographing over a wall approx 1.5m high.
