Start at Overstrand carpark, access to beach via wide concrete slope. View groyns and sea defences from above and below on beach.

Walk 2.2 miles on beach to Cromer, on route interesting cliff features, groyns. View Cromer and pier as we get closer. Study Pier, Beach huts etc at Cromer.

Return to Overstrand on beach or bus.

Date specified will be finalised towards the low tide, so may move a couple of days either side.

Walk on sand but be prepared if you are adventurous to wear waterproof shoes/boots.
