Burnham Beeches is a national Nature Reserve as well as a site of special scientific interest. It is owned by the City of London and has some of the oldest pollarded beech trees in the country.
During our guided walk we will be exploring the many avenues and paths in the forest and visiting some of the spectacular beech trees. Our visit is timed to hopefully take in some of the glorious autumn colours for which this woodland is rightfully famous. The images attached give an idea of what is available to photograph.
Participants should wear boots or wellingtons and be prepared for muddy conditions.
